Every moment is an opportunity to begin a new good habit and this book tells you how.

Another great book by Nathalie Herrman! I'm taking it slow the doing the exercises in the book. About half way through at this point. Love that I'm being more present and thinking through my choices one by one. I would recommend this book for anyone who desires personal growth. I gave this book to all the members of my Women's Group so they could continue to grow with another Nathalie book. Perfect for starting the New Year off on the right foot.
